Heres today trivia. Drive shaft finish. Painted (Is so black or silver?) blast and clear? I have also read about color markings on them. What to these signify and where do they go? 65 Canso sd. Thanks MH

65 Canso with 283 what are the correct exhaust manifolds? Number? Shape? I kind of remember someone saying one side (driver?) was straight down and the other angled back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks MH

So heres the deal. I want to put my motor and tranny in my 65 Canso. 283 with powerglide. Heres the issue. The dude that pulled it doesnt really want to assist. Not a big deal. 65 Acadian Canso SD I am thinking of changing my 2sp powerglide to a 200R4. The interior is original and I dont want to change the 2sp console. does anyone know of reasons not too?

Can someone tell me what the purpose of the hole in this part just off the exhaust manifold is? Did it connect to something? 1965 Acadian 194. do I need it again if Im putting in new exhaust? Sorry for picture quality and orientation.

Hi guys im getting my engine built,just a 355 but I would like to find outwhat distributor some of you are using?Ive done no tunnel mods so need to know about clearance issues,if to go with a small capped 1 or if regular works?Im going to also run a snipper EFI.I dont want to use a ignition box like the 6-7A ...

Does anyone have a good book showing the parts interchanges between a 153 4banger and a 230/283 I am mainly interested if the pistons are the same ones on a 153 as well as the con rods I know that 230 and 283 pistons intercahange with eachother but with a couple part # variations
