Chassis Question

Can anyone tell me what year of Chevy chassis will fit under a '64 Pontiac 2 Dr. H/T and will there be any modifications necessary?
Also, how difficult will this be?  Thanks. confused

I would assume a 64 Chevy Impala type chassis would bolt in. Anyone else know for sure?

58-64 frames were of the "X" design.Chevy and Canadian Pontiac. I am not sure if they are exactly the same for all those years. I think maybe 58-60 may be a little different.

Aubrey would know for sure...........

I would look for a 63 or 64 to be on the safe side.

If this helps I have two chassis in my garage - one from a Canadian built 64 Impala SS 2 dr ht and one from a 64 Parisienne 2 dr ht, and they appear to be identical.

do NOT use 58, they have a 1" shorter wheelbase than 59-64
