Hello all from Edmonton

Hi Everyone,
The name is Mike,
not really sure if I should be on this site because my 1968 GTO was made in California. I purchased it in Sept 2001 for $6000 Canadian. And drove it home presently rebuilding the engine, should be up and running by June.
Anyways now that I signed up here where should I post any questions I may have? Which forum?
Thanks
Mike

Welcome aboard. We don't turn anyone away! I don't have forums set up for the non Canadian guys-perhaps the lounge would be best for your posts. Everyone reads the lounge posts.

Welcome to the site!   I was going to tell you that a "big blocK Chev" would fit, but  HOLY MANURE  thats a lot of motor!!!  are you sure that iron lung, is big enough?   Does your mother and father know, you are doing this?    Won't that "big shiny" sticking through the hood, caused the Mounties, to deem you a RACER???     love it! keep up the good work... Looks like I had better, put the 4.88's back in...biggrinbiggrin

Welcome to the site Mike. I would say to choose an appropriate area for your question. The GTO is an A-body car so most of the components are shared with the Beaumont. The GTO actually uses a Beaumont dash biggrin
With all of the knowledgable people on this forum your questions can be answered.
