I went to check it out today. It is a project car, but well worth saving in my opinion. There was nobody home, but the lady told me when I called that I was welcome to take a look. I kept looking over my shoulder for "Rover" because the first thing I saw when I opened the gate was a chew toy on the lawn!
Points I observed-
12 bolt dual exhaust console and shifter still in the car, she has the seats she says she has 5 NOS louvers car looks pretty complete some fiberglass repair I think no rust holes to the outside some rust in the rear wheel tubs filler in the rear wheel lips paint job is 21 years old she said

Nobody home, and I was constantly watching out for "Rover" because of that. It felt weird walking around in someone's yard looking at their car when they aren't home. I really didn't want to open the hood, but she told me it's a 305.
