This one has a Malibu dash, or maybe it's a Malibu with Beaumont sheet metal.

Sad to see.

They only made 632 69' 2+2 ragtops, and I imagine the Beaumont is around the same.

Hi StriperSS,

Any chance you can get the numbers off the '67 Beaumont?   Damn shame about the '69 Parisienne rag.   Did you say these cars are in Summerland BC?

The car is in a storage compound, and I don't want to open the hood to look at the trim tag. I wouldn't want anyone doing it to me. If the serial # is visible, I'll note it for you.
The 69 is a 2+2 and looks pretty rough, and two blocks away is a 68 2+2 in another compound here in Summerland.

Hi StriperSS,

Unfortunately you'd have to open the drivers door and hood to get the numbers.   Damn shame to see cars left like that.

Thanks for offering to do so, I appreciate the offer.

hmmm... interesting to see the 67 convert! ...a vin would be interesting to see, if its an sd car, its certainly worth pursuing... if not the tailpanel SD trim is rare not reproduced to my knowledge... hope you can find some info on it... you wouldn't think someone would go to the trouble of putting a malibu dash into a beaumont, vs beaumont emblems on a malibu (a patriotic canadian perhaps!?!hahaha!)... but stranger things have been done...

This is one I got out of a drive shed in Thamesford. It was taken in on trade at John Wright Motors, a Pontiac-Buick dealership and put in the drive shed for probably 30+ years. It's a 29 Oakland by Pontiac built in Oshawa

Had another look at this car today, and it appears to have a Ford rear end in it. It's a small block.
