is there a way to find out where my car was made in order of assembly line . and if there is can you help me out with that thanks brian ps my cars production date was nov 10 1966 its a 67 beaumont sd convertable so i figure is an early car .confused

are you asking what city? or what number off the assembly line? production order is off the last 5-6 digits of your ser. no...

eg: mine is #00382 (67 SD, 283/pg)

Hi Loud,

Good talking to you on the phone earlier this week.   Sorry if I sounded "a bit out of it" spent time with my nieces and sister and brother in-law earlier that day.  Zoned out watching the tube before going to bed.  

Based on the fact that your '67 Beaumont was built in October of '66 its going to be an early car.   By my records your car would be around 2900 to 3000'th car off the production line for '67.   

Just for yuk's I looked up Canadian Chevelle production for the same time frame.   Chevelles were a thousand cars ahead at 4000.
 
So its an early car but not a real early car.  Earliest '67 Beaumonts I've found so far is #5, #28 and then #38.

Number 5 has a body production date of June '66.
