I'm sorry to report the sad news that Ron Fawcett of Whitby Ontario has passed away.. Many of you probably know or have met up w/ Ron over the years, he was truly a class act and one of the greatest Canadian car guys ever!.
The many times Ron spent w/ me also my Dad over the years showing us details of his Pierce Arrows and other cars also just talking cars and life is something I always appreciated and will never forget..
Thoughts and prayers are w/ Ron's family and numerous friends..
Very sorry to hear this sad news. I too had the pleasure of a tour of Ron's place about 20 years ago. He was very generous with his time and very happy to show us his Pierce Arrows. I just talked to him again last fall at his movie car auction, and once again, he was there to talk to anyone who wanted to chat with him. Great guy!
