RE: 1966 pontiac tempest custom sprint

Welcome...I love the car, used to cruise years ago with a guy that had a green '65, with the six motor...delivering Pizza's and listening to Supertramp in the cassette deck.

Kewl! Welcome! DeLorean was definitely a man ahead of his time.
What tranny does your car have?

Nice car.
Don't see to many of those 6 cylinder motors around.Maybe we will see more of them with the price of fuel.

Very, very nice!  I like the subtle look of the car too with the "Cameo Beige" type paint (whatever the shade was called in the US).  Clean & understated.

These days at many car shows all you see are either restored factory V8's or big cube aftermarket engines....and bright candy colours.  Very nice I'll grant you, but in my humble opinion it is cooler than cool to lift the hood and see a Sprint six.

Rifraf (Rob) bought my 54 Chevy last year. He sold it to buy this one. Good move! I'm looking forward to seeing this one! Rob's a stand up guy (and pretty handy with riding lawnmowers too)!

Great car. I'd love to have that powertrain in a 69 Firebird Sprint.
