I'm with Carl. steel wheels and dogdish caps. lose the mudflaps too. I assume there is GM docs to back everything up. Kind of rare to see a bench as well.

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH. The other one has a longer roof.
Well, I've got some wheels for it (I'll need the caps back Todd!), the mudflaps can be removed when the wheels are switched. I had one of these in Ash Gold-sweet car-also attached is a friens's from 1974-claimed it had an M-22
I think its a sweet car!!!!! I would ditch the mud flaps, and install original wheels,as Carl 1 suggested.. I think it will bid to 18 or less, and not meet reserve.. I better go check my 649 ticket, I could use a car like that, I could rent it out on weekends, to those, who wish they had, a Canadian Pontiac dealer sold car... p.s did I mention, my friend in Seaforth with the 455engine, had a set of 14 inch original Beaumont wheel covers? C2
i was bidding on that car before it was taken off does anyone have or know how to get ahold of the owner or have his email address so i could try and buy it
I imagine you are all thinking the same thing. That being, he was fishing and not really serious about selling, or got cold feet, or.................???

i got a response from the owner and this is word for word what it said WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING PEOPLE WITH SERIOUS BIDS(MINIMUM $70,000)TO VIEW THE CAR AS WE ALREADY HAVE HIGH OFFERS.that is what he wrote so good luck to him on that planet he is from
ALL RIGHT!!!! Good news!!! that means my Strato CHief is worth $30.000.00 I had not heard that old car prices had doubled!!!! I hope he sells it, and buys another brand.. He is obviously the wrong guy to be a Canadian Poncho We are all a little crazy, but he takes the cake!! lol Carl too
Holy Cow!! If this guy gets $70,000 for the SD in it's original condition-have I got a deal for the buyer!! HA HA. Hey it's his car and he must really love it cause as far as I can tell-they'll bury it with him.Everyone has a dream, some of them are realized in life, some never are, this one I can't ever seem being realized.I doubt he would ever get that for a complete body off rotisierre restoration car-never mind this one.Good luck to him-maybe he'll prove me wrong-but for that kinda money, you'd have to have money to burn and want it worse than anything I can possibly imagine. John
I hear the full moon this month is really making people weird (and in my line of work I have seen it first hand). This must be the reason for his pricing..
This is what watching Barrett-Jackson causes. I just came back from Moparfest in New Hamburg this afternoon and heard a lot of the same B.S. as well as seen some of the most ridiculous prices.
