Hi Ken. My G.M. documents say that there were 66 SD rags made in 67. We do need to get a registry going and I would be more than happy to post copies of my documents for my 2 67 SDs.
I was at Carfest in Oshawa and I have never seen so many Beaumonts in one place. There were a lot of interesting ones like a Butternut 67 Custom 2 dr. with original power windows and an original power 4 way bench seat. That was really nice.
Talk to you soon and thank you again for selling me my first SD it runs like a dream and has never given me any problems.    David.

Post your info and I am sure the ball will start rolling.Over on the  dodge charger forum ( WING CAR ) section .Everyone trades vin info and we all know what car is REAL and what ones have been rebodied or what have you.If the info on these cars are out there for everyone I think that is the best pertection of all against the scammers. The more people know the better off we will all be.

Hi 65 post. Maybe one of the administrators can add a section for the vins and/ or GM documents that can only be viewed by members that are logged in.

Are you into Chargers as well? If so you would have loved the one that I had in 1981. It was a 1970 Hemi RT/SE with the long pistol grip 4spd in a console but the best part (besides the Hemi of course) was the factory leather and power windows. At the time it was said to be 1 of 4 built and the only one with the pwr windows and leather but they now know of aout 12 of them. Mine was still probably the only one with those options though. There was a black one that I saw in a magazine that had a sunroof but no pwr options.

Nice talking to you. See you around on the forum.  David.

Not to say that the ordinary beaumonts are not special but a section for only the SDs would be great.A kind of ( Super Car ) section where we could go for info and so on for just those cars.

Ya I have been into chargers for a long time.A 66,70 and a 69 Daytona.
There are two 70 Hemi chargers here in Quebec. One is plum crazy auto and the other is a B5-SE auto car. Both original CDN cars. Was yours Blue? Got any pics?

Nah, Fred has let me down. He still doesn't have a factory 4 speed 65 Acadian in his registry. I'm very disappointed....

I see that you have excluded the 1964 & 1965 SDs; as the "later" SDs are the better known? or more popular cars? (like the Chevelles?). This is NOT a gripe, but just a request to include the earlier Sport Deluxe Beaumonts. What do you guys think? Awaiting your opions, replies etc. Thanks, EH! 'bowmont'
