Thanks a bunch Elroy. We can use the support. It's been a pretty depressing day. The highlight was most certainly the Easter progam at church this morning. hwat an amazing miracle we celebrate today!

It was worth it in spite of a bitterly cold boat ride a mile and a half against wind when we were coming home afterward.

And now back to our regularly scheduled discussion about GM dealership employees................  biggrin

Holy moley! no wonder you guys are so smart!  I've never worked as mechanic just an amateur (and amateurish at that)  Right no I can't  even get my one barrel carbed 250 in my 70 chev truck running worth beans, and it doesn't get any more basic than that!

I just took stuff apart and hoped to not have parts left over. It's still that way to this day!

Worked at GM South Africa from end 1964 to Nov 1966 as a specifications Clerk in Product Engineering.  Then after giving 8 years to military service worked for 30 years in the Quality Management Industry as a Systems and later Process Engineer. Like to get my hands dirty!
