Wow, that car looks good. Love the interior, radio delete especially.

My friend in Nebraska showed me his buddy's 62 2dr sedan Nova a few years ago. It was owned by a nun I think he said. This car reminds me so much of it, same color and all. The guy bought it from the original owner, left it looking exactly as he got it and put in an LT1/4L60E that went 12's. What a neat setup!

Hi Carl. This one wasn't owned by a nun, but a school teacher. I think it was parked inside most of the time, and just used for a grocery getter. Thamesford is quite small in size and she couldn't have driven it too much as it only has 37,000 on it. It still has the invitation from GM in the glovebox to tour the Oshawa plant where it was built and the engine serial number tags. It will never be a high demand car, just a neat little mid 60's time capsule.

Is it safe to assume its original paint except for the front fenders ? does he have the front fender moldings ( side  trim) headlight bezels ? power steering ? rear seat belts ? brakes work ?

Most of the paint is original, except front fenders, rear quarters behind the wheel wells may have been done, I'll look closer when I get back to the car. I have headlite bezels, one piece of chrome may be missing, no power steering. Not sure if it has rear belts but i'll say no. Needs front wheel cylinders at least, new master, and lines done, pedal is very hard, fronts are semi-seized  from sitting.

I need another one as my 79 has a Holley intake and the shaker has been modified to fit.
Is it" Solar Gold" by any chance?

just a good 95 sedan, LT1, has 220,000 kms but doesn't show it, I bought it from a local dealer via a woman here in town that went to Florida for the winter every year-I like the car and drive it daily-I'll be sorry if it sells-I bought a mustang for my wife and am kind of willing to sell one of the roiadmasters-I posted this @ $3500 then changed it to $3200-fly in drive it home !

I like them with no vinyl roof-this one has heated cloth seats-I put a new A/C compressor on it

Yes, I would like to have a 63 Acadian-trying to make the "right" deal- at the very least I'll keep this thread at the top of recent posts for others to see the car ! whats the best bottom dollar price on that sweet 63 ? I never got a counter from the first offer.

Hi Ken. I'm stuck on $2500 firm for the car. I've got at least $3300 in it and have to pay to get it back home again. I do appreciate the offers! Here is some of the paperwork from the glove box

If a guy would want it shipped, someone would be available to help out with getting it onto a car carrier?

Hi Carl. I would drive it onto the carrier, or help the truck driver load it. I'm going to talk to my brother tonite and see if he got the wheel cylinders yet for the front. With the new master on the brakes are very stiff from sitting. The gas tank is off also. It had crud & varnish in it and a hole from a rock about halfway up but not rusty, so I think I have to get a new one & straps instead of fixing it. The engine runs suprisingly good for sitting so long.  Took the valve cover off, and we put some penetrating oil to it, as well as the plugs out. After soaking a bit and some new points it fired up. Had 2 stuck lifters but after adjusting them it smoothed out.
There was a GM Rochester carb kit in the  trunk, but it is for a two barrel. So it still needs a carb rebuild. I'll keep you posted.aww
