Not beaumont in any way, shape, or form. they are fulsize pontiac. i think it was used for a few years. 1966 comes to mind. The ones ive seen usually have a red pontiac logo. I would guess that these may be aftermarket replacement ones that were available back in the day.

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH. The other one has a longer roof.
If I could see the emblem at the centre I'd know for sure, but it is either 66 or 68. I lean toward 66. 68 had red plastic emblems and the same discs were used on 71-72 Venturas. 66 had the insignia stamped into the metal as I recall.
