Unfortunaely, nada. I am hoping to get one soon. My very first car was a 1966 Pontiac Catalina Convertible. I just love that style ! They look like the senior version of the GTO. It looks like You have a very nice Poncho ! Nothing like having that top down...it opens up a whole different world & environment...Especially on a warm summer night, which I wish we had now, or an warm, early morning cruise with the top down...nothing short of fantastic ! Thanks Again.
My brothers first car was a 66 Parisien . He still has it it ceased 20 years a go and still sits there I tried to get him to give it to me but he said maybe I want to fix it. 15 year ago I took the master cylinder of it and he got mad I told him if he ever puts it back on the road I would buy him a new one . I don't think it will ever happen.

Good Morning to You, & Thank You so much ! They (73 -75 Grand Ams)-Had a very "striking design", that was nothing short of Eye-catching ! It looks as though You have a really nice Chevy ! These were paticularly "Hot" as they kind of looked bare bones...However...surprize ! Some of them, (& I am willing to bet Yours)-Would blow anyone's doors to "Kingdom Come" & Back ! Nice car also ! When You do a burnout, be careful...If You don't "let off of it", You may find Yourself in Japan ! Great Car !
I am not Dr.Phil, Nor do I claim to be, HOWEVER, that is quite sad. Good strategy on Your behalf about the master cylinder, as an "incentive", so to speak. I hate to see a great car go to waste. Hardtop -OR- Convert ? Just wondering. In any event...sad...very sad indeed. Thanks Again !
Thank You so much, Guru...You have a great Pontiac too ! Very nice to see a post ! I think that these are going to become increasinly rare, & increasingly climbing the charts on the financial scale ! Great Investment ! Better than Wall Street ...Although...Isn't "everything" better than Wall Street these days ? I guess it depends on which side of Wall Street You happen to be on...Unfortunately, I am on outside looking in... Thanks so much once Again !
By the way...I have had a slew of other cars ranging from Oldsmobiles to Buicks to Caddy's. (keeping it real, & all the way General Motors, in My opinion, the finest cars on the planet !)...Especially Pontiac !
I never owned anything but a GM either. Don't have pics right now but here is a list of Pontiacs that have passed through my hands:
1961 Strato Chief (2dr post!) 1965 Laurentian 1970 Tempest 1973 LeMans Sport Coupe #1 1973 LeMans Sport Coupe #2 (current old car) 1976 Grand LeMans 1976 Firebird 1980 Grand Prix 1989 Grand Prix 1992 Bonneville 1996 Sunfire
EXCELLENT CHOICES ! I have to put on My thinking cap to recall some of mine, & I wish I had them all back & warehoused ! I began with the 66 Catalina, jumped to a 1968 Olds Cutlass Convertible, back to Ponch, with a 1965 Bonneville Convert, Then a 66 Buick Wildcat-2Dr. hardtop-(My very first hardtop)-onto a 1966 Buick Electra 225 Convert, 66 Olds Dynamic 88 2-dr, 65 Caddy Convert, Back to Ponch, with a 1968 Catalina 2-dr-(Verdoro Green)-One of My Favourite colours, & so on & so forth. I have previously owned several GP's which I find to be one of the hottest cars on the planet !-(73, 2-75's, & a 76)-Thanks for writing !

There he goes...actually i was wondering when i was going to hear you mention the Caddy again!
My first car was an 80 2dr Parisienne. Hadn't had another Pontiac until i got the Trans Am last year. I plan on keeping it for a long time.
NICE PONTIACS ! I too had a Caddy (or two, or three, & so on)-My last one was an 87 Sedan De Ville De' Elegance, which held up surprisingly well, until I got back-ended at a red light...knocked Me into the week ahead ! Never saw it coming, perhaps for the best. Nice Luxury Tanks. Glad to live to tell about it.
Thanks for the inquiry ! Yeah, I loved "Her" too, However, I love the "house" more, difficult as that is to say-(Getting choked up on words & emotions )-House wins again !!! I fold ! (It was sold on E-bay to an Ohio State Trooper, who is a Grand Am fanatic too !) Your "crystal ball" must be out of the pawn shop-(Mine is still in the pawn shop)-You are correct ! it did have the 400 cu. in. w/turbo 400 automatic, & when stepped upon at full throttle, she would scream louder than Carmen Electra ! (Electra 225 that is !) Thanks for the great correspondence...it is appreciated .

Actually my son and daughter are driving it. So far so good but when I was down in Florida and called home my son said it was crazy driving it in the snow, the traction control never went off and the tail was wagging! Of course here is a kid who learned to drive on FWD. I'll have to take him out for a lesson or two next time we get a dusting.
