yes in chile was manofacture in arica chile for tecma chile this company closed many years ago. and the register there aren`t...
Although assembled elsewhere, this car would've been manufactured in Canada and shipped as a CKD unit to the assembly plant.. Also being Canadian manufactured, the Vin will be on file and documents available from George and the boys at GM Canada Vintage services..
