Looks pretty good.  Nice to see that it comes with literature and the paperwork from GM Canada already.  Overall looks nice.  I'm not so much a fan of the exterior colour.

Same colour combination as our 70 Tempest, greens were a popular colour back then. I was never much for the skirts and extra trim of a Luxury Lemans but I like the car, it has the super rare bumper guards as an option. thumbsup.gif

I may have mentioned this before but about 1976 I was offered a very similar one with no vinyl roof, same 400,  only Nassau Blue with white guts for $500 by my wife's cousin who sold for Hogan's. It was a trade-in they were taking to the auction. Being barely 18 in grade 13 and penniless meant I took a pass.

   I talked to him already, he has the same drivetrain 400 engine, turbo 400 as I got and the 12 bolt as well ! Some options  I don't have that he's got are: cruise, power windows, underhood lamps, bumper guards...he doesn't have buckets console like mine. So, indeed it's a rare Lemans worth buying. He had it on Ebay for around 3 months now.

...as we all know, hindsight is 20 / 20,  remember too that my first year tuition at U of T was $746, so by today's standard that would have been about a $4,000 car.

That car was listed on local website a few months ago,I think it was a thou more then though.My opinion,for this area the starting bid on the auction is still over a g more than what its worth.I agree,should be a nr auction.My opinionconfuse

 There is no reserve on that listing ? Our dollar is real bad, he's asking 4 gran US makes it over  $ 5000 cad, maybe he would sell it for 4 gran cad.
