That looks like Toronto City Hall parking garage, the largest in Toronto.
No question about that Hillar, I parked there for 10 years when I was at The Law Society of Upper Canada, $240 a month when I left at the end of 2004, must be $300 per month by now.
Remember when Loblaws and other grocery stores would have you pull up to the "parcel pick up" area and your groceries would roll out on rollers and some kid would load your trunk?

Wow! CONSTRUCTION of the Gardiner Expressway, when our politicians had foresight and actually invested in infastructure to move society forward! Sadly we will likely be seeing the same type of photo in a few years, but going in reverse if Comrade Miller has his way. He wants to take us back to the 50's in terms of getting around Toronto. Hope he will enjoy breathing in all the extra smog from all the traffic jams we are going to have...
