No fears Ken. In a different thread where this was also discussed, I explained that our children are being raised to take a very strong stand against this type of lifestyle anyway. We don't just say "don't", we are explaining why and giving them some examples of wasted lives within our own family, one being my alcoholic grandfather who I basically never knew. He chose alcohol over mortgage payments when my mom was young and managed to lose their home because of it, so I hear.
This is more a bonus for them than an incentive, if that makes sense to you. We have been long discussing decisions with them. The car at 21 talks just started in the last year or so.
