I don't know what there worth but if I was looking for one I would think the price was OK. If it has the history and is still pretty solid it would be a piece well worth owning.I also see the ad say Calgary but the address on the add is  High St., Pictou,Nova Scotia

I am a Pontiac guy through and through, but I do like the early '50's Chevy look than the Pontiac. I found my '53 about 40 years after it was last licenced in '63 and with the exception of the drivers door, original paint with only 43054miles. The 6 was like an old rusty boat anchor inside so I dropped in a tired 350, 4-gear Saginaw and a rear diff from a '77 Omega. The rest is original, and I mean original, but it is a gas to rod around in especially at 70mph plus and not much more than that as you need both hands on the wheel!!!

Thanks!! I know putting a 350 was a head scratcher to put in here while butchering the to a minimum! But a 454??? That would be tough!!! I wanted to keep the engine bay neat and tidy with no hacking or whacking!! I had to cut two horiziontal notches in the pass side vertical brace to clear the back end of a rams horn manifold. I had to use a '70's style exhaust manifold on the drivers side and shim the engine mount to clear the manifold from the steering box! Even then, a very tight fit!!
Remember of course I wanted to keep original as much as possible without spending lots of cash on aftermarket kits!! I left the rad in place, removed the 4 bladed fan and GM wired in an electric fan from a '91 Lumina, used it as a pusher with the GM thermo switch and relay to cool it. I have lots of fun with it and I have an '88 305 TPI (350) I would like to put in it. Then, the body................
