In last nights church service, as we prayed, for the Canadian troops, in Afghanistan, I thought of their situation, compared to Bethleham ..  It must be very symbolic, for them to be in the Desert, without a Inn, to stay in..pray.gif

It must be tough on them being away at Christmas time too.

They are also giving their lives for us.Just as the boy in the manger did.There is no greater gift to give than to lay down your life for people you don`t even know.God bless them all.
