Telus Mute

I have a low end Telus cell phone-a couple weeks back my youngest boy somehow turned the mute one so when it rang I didn't hear it and when I called someone I it didn't work-they couldn't hear me or I couldn't hear them or something-no concern-fix it sometime-then my son put it in the sink ! I let it dry out never worked-but today it powered up with yet another charge on that dried out battery-it calls I tried home. Now can anybody tell me how to shut the mute off ?

Ken

I have had some success on google with the model number of the cell. Have you tried that?

I even have the manual ! it tells me what to do but it doesn't go to where the manual says it will ! I need a teenager to look at it !

Oh, ain't that the truth!

Only thing left would be the manufacturer's help line if the teenager idea fails.

Oh, and if you mention it got wet they will just tell you to buy a new one.
