Only did that once about 10 years ago. Bought a 87 Ninja in Feb. and rode it home that night. Once was enough.

hey Carl,  this guy drives that old honda everywhere, almost every day in the summer he goes by my window on his way to Timmy's.  Often see him parked over by the old license place across from the bank.  haven't seen him in a while tho.  he's braver than I am

Yes Thats her ex-husband!!?  He has the house, across from Morgans Trailer Court, that is in disrepair, with a boat in back yard, and the old MTO outlet, that is surounded, by those two "highway tractors" and a selection of old cars' & trucks.. No wonder its parked...The Town won't do anything about his junk... lol

We had a couple of '69 BSA 650 Lightning Choppers growing up plus Hondas as well...Never drove in snow but in Newfoundland, pretty darn close at times! Drove a Honda '750F from Brampton to my hometown just outside of St. John's in '87 and it rained 80% of the way. When I got on the Island, it was almost freezing rain and that was in May!!!
This May past, I drove an Interceptor from Orillia to Saskatchewan and it was freaking rain and cold till I got to the Manitoba boarder. I could finally take off my Polaris snowmobile gloves, and I ain't kidding, either!!! Now I realize why I had a hiatus in between those two trips!!! The last leg of the trip was between T/Bay and Raith Ontario, to Foam Lake, Sk. Three time zones and 1600kms...One day!!! I was glad to get to hell off the bike!!! Was interesting though......So, no, not driving my bike!!!

Like my car, Wing is safely tucked away for the winter.  Only 37,000 km on this one.  Totally repainted last winter in original '81 Wing color.  Added Audiovox cruise control to it in the spring when I took it out.  49.7 mpg!!

Wish my '63 got that!

Good for you!   see all that good stuff, you forgot about?wink  The instructions for the wires, reminds me of changing my wires, this Spring, on my 2500HD  2001 original wires, I had to put vise grips on, and pull for all I was worth!!!  pulled every wire, out of every end..  made sure I lubed the new ones    lol

How did the Blue car sound?

didnt want start right up, sounded as if distrib was out 180deg., she would run for a bit misfire, then would have to reprime, lol, plug wires 1 and 3 were reversed, she runs good, all honestly, all her orig stuff turned her over and keeps on runnin, lots of carbon though, cough cough hack hack, lol, no worries, had taken the head in for cleaning and flexing, then I cleaned up the piston tops, new gasket, valve adjustment, needs a muffler and tail pipe, hangers are still good, alls good. thanks 4 askin
