I think Todd's been doing a great job. If I am in a thread i am not interested in (like anything Beaumont - sorry guys, no car therefore no interest, except to see great pics) I go elsewhere. The main page has losts of great choices and a vast selection. I enjoy the fact that I can count on this site being pontiac oriented with the obvious connections to other makes/models... and it's kind of cool that it's canadian in contrast to the huge american influence. Keep up the good work Todd!

I agree with Speelman1958. One thing I like about the lounge is it's one place where all of us can shoot the bull, whether we have an Acadian, Beaumont or full size Pontiac. If we didn't have these forums, we may never have gotten to know each other.

I think that this post has gone south. Todd is doing a great job but I would hope that the members would stick to the theme. This has nothing to do with Todd. We are what makes this site great so try to stick to the point. All pontiacs or classics are great but newer cars have there place somewhere else. I have lots of non-classic cars for sale but won't list them here because this is not the market for those cars.

I will take the blame for that if it makes a difference. It seemed like Todd has spoken his piece on how he will run the forum and I figured the discussion was pretty much done for that part. I'm sorry if it upset you that I posted off topic.

And I think I disagree with you. This has everything to do with Todd. He is the one who can accept full credit for bringing us together. Not one of us has had the idea and carried it to fruition, if that is the correct way to word it. Only he invested his time and money to do it.

Everything is good, all just fine the way it is.
If there is a section that does not interest you, then you don't have to look at it, sections are well defined

I just wish this thread was about 2dr posts.  I have one of those things.

You didn't upset me and it's only my opinion. Everybody is aloud to have a opinion? I am not here to upset anybody either. The user chooses to list a 88 chev truck on non Canadian pontiacs for sale when I think it's for a American model Pontiac car. I just thought it would clean up the site, but some people disagree and that's fine.

Maybe the section title should be changed from "Non-Canadian Pontiac Vehicles For Sale" to anything else in you driveway that you want to unload smile or just leave it alone. but it does sound like its for american pontiacs biggrin

 I posted my truck for sale in this NON canadian pontiac section because maybe a member here is looking for a good truck, you never know??? I would much rather sell something to someone on here than some random person off Ebay or Kijiji etc. I thought thats why the section was created. It's not like I made a post trying to sell my old used kitchen sink. I have met nothing but top notch first class people here on this site, so why not try here too?? And maybe help someone out. This is by far one of the best sites out there hands down. Todd has done a great job. smile

I suppose I should apologise then for flogging my 60 chev wagon on this section-I guess its seeing the words "non" and "pontiac" in the same phrase-I always wondered why it couldnt just be titled "American Pontiacs for sale"-whatever, its no big deal
