start typing your message in the quick reply message box. click on advance editor.
tab down and type click here. highlight the (click here) with your mouse. with the (click here) highlighted, click on the chain link just above in the grey box. a new window will open. cut and paste your link in the first box, labeled Link URL. Next box down change to open in a new window. Now click the insert box and you should be done.
