I was culling some more Ontario Auto Traders today and came across quite a few ads for Canadian Pontiacs in 1996. The most interesting one to me was a 1966 Pontiac Strato Chief 2 dr post, 283, auto, ps,pb, 30K miles, no rust, 705 area code.
But there were several 68-69 Beaumonts including 3 convts, a 327/4spd, a 350, a 454 & a 468 BB; a few 64-66 Beaumont SD 2 dr hts; a 68 & a 69 Parisienne 2+2 cnvt; a few 65-66 Parisienne cnvts; a 62 Acadian cnvt; a 64 Parisienne Custom Sport with a 4 spd; a 73 Grand Am & a 74 Luxury Lemans; a 72 Laurentian 2 dr ht; and 3 409 Chevies - a 61 Impala bubbletop, a 63 Bel Air 2 dr post, and a 65 Impala SS 2 dr ht.

If there's a pic, does it look like a burgandy one?. And what was the next three digits after the 705 area code?. As I mentioned here once before, around that same timeframe I saw a '66 Post rolling through Peterboro one afternoon'...never caught up to the guy and I never saw it again..
