They have been on trader for awhile. I started noticing last year. Always too good of a deal, bad spelling, vague details. Trader is calling people who advertise on kijiji and offering a free small ad.

I've also noticed lots of scam ads on Trader.ca. What gives? I thought you had to pay to advertise on there.

They must be using stolen credit card info off the net. A lot if people are gullible when it comes to giving out info they shouldn't. Next thing, all kinds of purchases made and very little recourse.
Most credit companies re-imburse, but if a scammer plays it right they can get away with it for awhile.
 We probably get at least a dozen e-mails a day telling us to log in to banking sites for latest info on account activity, you know, the scammers telling you you might have been scammed so log in now and give us your info and we can straighten it out. They are all scams, but some people trust their computers way too much.

got an email from an "ebay" buyer a couple weeks ago. sender said he sent me $500. for a PSP 2 weeks prior and he hadn't received it. informed me he notified paypal and if i didn't refund his money within 2 days, he was going to call the FBI. rofl.gifrofl.gif
these halfwits think you're as dumb as they are.
