Three Hills Cruise Nite

I see a few posts way back asking about the Three Hills Cruise Nite. As I have been involved with Three Hills Cruise Nite since it's inception, I can answer any questions to  this event. It is always the first Saturday in June, this year that being the 6th. Bring those Pontiacs !

Three Hills, Alberta, north and east of Calgary, and south and east of Red Deer.
It's a good one day show, and lots of cool cars.

hundreds of cars.. all makes and models... it is the one event that every car guy looks forward to here in Alberta..
Now that High River was such a big hit last year.. it could be some stiff competition. around 1000 cars last year from what I heard.

I gave up on attending with my car after waiting for hours to get in. I have gone and enjoyed as a spectator since. Lots of cars to see. Nice drive.

I haven't been to Three Hills, but I've heard comments from both ends of the spectrum.  Some say "Great Show", and others say "I'll never go again".  I presume the trick is to be there early.

I used to convoy down with friends from Edmonton early in the morning to be there by 10:30, and always enjoyed it. I didn't go last year, as I had just moved back to Summerland, but it looks like this project I'm on will keep me in Calgary untill mid-June. So I will go this year.
