His Dad was a car salesman at the original selling dealer ! they bought it new but traded it in in 67 then bought it back in 68 was in his mother's name until 1987 when it went to him-its had 200 miles since the 1987 appraisal-he said he drove it every year-but its last licensed 1983

someone I know was just here asking if I'd sell it they offered me a little more than I paid-so I now feel good that I'm not in it too high but I just had to say-I'll think about it-I like profit but I like this find too-I'm thinking white again with a set of 7.75 redlines and those wire caps up in Goderich !

Good Job Carl ! now I need those wire hub caps-Im thinking I'd like to run them with redlines on this white car, I almost have a set of 14 inch rallys but these car never had rallys until 67-I can't seem to find the post when you gave me the hub caps phone number.

 Your friend e-mailed about buying this-I'm not ruling it out yet but I must ad I'm excited about the find-a friend was just here trying to buy it too-so much for the economy  !

Reminds me a lot of my 66 Chevelle SS396 convertible -- I never did like the dash on my car, one huge advantage (in my opinion) the Beaumont had, that beautiful 4-gauge-cluster dash.

Thanks, funny you say that about the dash-my favorite was always a 67 SS396 which I've had a couple, then I had my 67SD396 which seemed lesser at the time but I sure got use to the nice dash and its lower too gives you more windshield view- positives and negatives to both styles but sure got me on that beaumont thing 15 years ago ! 12 years before that my first car was a 67 beaumont custom-never seem to get it out of the system, my first day of elementary school I rode in my Dad's 66 Malibu SS

The colour combo is great. That's the same colour interior as my father in law's. He's on here now, 66beaumont is his handle. He hasn't been on since the day i helped him sign up though. His car has the steel wheels, he found rings now just need centres. He does have those full wheel covers but wanted the other style and no white walls.
