If I remember correctly, the total number of Beaumonts built was around 74,000 or so. That was also from Ken's old site. I hated to see that site dissapear. There was some good info on there.

72,200 acording to the articule, I printed it off back in 2002, still have the articule in a binder. I think his site also  had info on Canadian chevelle's.

i was goin through some old vin pics i have from wreckers

clints post car  built on  october 18th 68 they were at  02533 cars

ive seen 04424 as november 22nd 68

the turquoise  69 4 door  in roblins is
sequence 05508 for a 2nd week december 1968 car, so 5507 cars in

the elliots car is 4th week of april 69   13684 cars in

the chevelle/ beau rag on ebay was may 14th 69   14523 cars in

beaumont 4008  may 20th car 14730 cars in

clints is june 2nd 69  his sequence is 15480

i have a pic of a 69 rag with this sequence number 16738 cars in
looks like 16737 cars in,very late
thats 1257 cars past clints!
could be 2 weeks past clints9 (if 90 cars a day is probable)
around june 16th maybe?

I owned 66 SD convert serial #00003. It's a basket case sitting in Winnipeg now, awaiting restoration.

I never bothered to get the documents when I had it. The two guys who bought it each have an SD, one 66 and one 67. They are Beaumont guys so they may have got the papers for it by now.

Looks like its safe to say there were over 17,000 69 Beau's made. How many were exported ?  Is that were we get 120000 ? Around 5000 exported.

with the charts posted from before it looks like 3 or 4 cars on average a day for export,but they were 67 cars,dont see to many 69 s exported,think the chile cars are probally not included in those numbers as they were assembled in arica.

its just a mystery?

Fred, do you know when the last day of production was ? Any way I guess the goal is to find a any cars past 16738. It is something I will be looking for now. You got me hooked LoL
