Yes, it's a new version of the software. The little window at the bottom is kind of like a task bar. If you have a new PM it will show up in that little window as well. I can disable it but I thought it was kind of neat.
I agree, this new format is weird. Also, I used to have a bar across the top that had:"User Details" "List All Users" "Recent Posts", etc. which is now gone. Where are those icons located now?

So far I agree but I guess we need to give it a chance. However, yes, it is freezing up/very slow and clunky. Sometimes the page loads partially and then says "done" at the bottom.

me no see no little black arrow. The only way I found recent posts was to click on the flat black line where recent posts used to be and I got to recent posts. It seems like some people are seeing one thing, and others are seeing something else.

If you click the black arrow the tool bar comes up if you click the blue arrow right corner black arrow center comes up. All the rest of the page is the some minus the black divider lines
