Can anyone help to identify this mirror, or what year the Laurentian emblem is?

Fender mirror for 59 or 60 pontiac?  I think it was only offered on US cars.

MY BEAUMONT HAS 4 STUDDED TIRES AND 2 BLOCKHEATERS......AND LOTS OF OIL UNDERNEATH.  The other one has a longer roof.

Almost bought a pair of those mirrors on EBAY....Thought they were Kool. The price went over $300 I think, ,,,NOT THAT NICE LOL
  I think they were an aftermarket accessory mirror, not factory on any car.
