It's a 71.5 That stripe was a repaint.It was built just before Sawruck's.I have the PHS on it,a 400 car.

Thanks for that, so what about PONTIAC in the grille, is that absence only on early 71 cars only? See the ad earlier in this thread and Sawruk's poster below:
