I am floored by the mulitple quick responses! Thanks
I have been searching for a very long time, I was told they were just about everything Gm but I knew they were Pontiac (Canadian only)
This is a picture of what I had found years ago:

I would assume by "Model 70" they mean the complete Canadian full size Pontiac series as each model was as follows:

7100 STRATO CHIEF 6
7111 "" 2 DOOR SEDAN
7119 "" 4DR SEDAN
7115 "" 2DR WAGON
7135 "" 4DR WAGON

7200 STRATO CHIEF V8
7211 "" 2 DOOR SEDAN
7219 "" 4DR SEDAN
7215 "" 2DR WAGON
7235 "" 4DR WAGON

7500 LAURENTIAN 6
7511 "" 2DR SEDAN
7519 "" 4DR SEDAN
7537 "" 2DR HARDTOP
7539 "" 4DR HARDTOP
7535 "" 4DR WAGON 6PASS
7545 "" 4DR WAGON 8PASS

7600 LAURENTIAN V8
7611 "" 2DR SEDAN
7619 "" 4DR SEDAN
7637 "" 2DR HARDTOP
7639 "" 4DR HARDTOP
7635 "" 4DR WAGON 6PASS
7645 "" 4DR WAGON 8PASS

7700 PARISIENNE 6
7719 4DR SEDAN
7737 2DR HARDTOP
7739 4DR HARDTOP
7767 2DR CONVERTIBLE
7735 4DR WAGON

7800 PARISIENNE V8
7819 4DR SEDAN
7837 2DR HARDTOP
7839 4DR HARDTOP
7867 2DR CONVERTIBLE
7835 4DR WAGON

(Notice the 2dr wagon was only available as a Strato Chief..)
