Is there a random photo thread? (Not vintage?)

I thought I had seen one but now can't find it.

I went out to survey the flood waters tonight to try to get an idea when I have to put the boat in the water, and remembered to take a couple of pics of local old cars (not for sale) I want to post them in the right place...

We could make this the random photo thread. :)
And here's a random photo! An old Rambler sitting in front of an old house near Morinville, Alberta. Both house and car are gone now.

Ha,that's funny! I came here to post a Rambler photo since nobody had replied and you beat me by moments!

Also, a Beaumont that has been sitting since about 1980 is my guess, maybe even longer. "Gonna restore it some day....."

Coming into Morris last night on highway 75. This is the road you would be on if you are coming from Winnipeg. They closed this road at noon today and filled in the gap in the dike. You can see if you look carefully that the houses in town would already be flooding if not for the dike.

Dave, if you keep at me I'm going to get a complex and then you know what's gonna happen. I'm gonna start having trouble again when I try to say Che*y........... Oh man, now look what you've done. I can't say it. A relapse. All that therapy down the tubes.

Another random pic. One of the Tonka toys at the open pit mine in Hibbing Minnesota, summer 2007. I can't get enough of those monster trucks. They are so cool...

Here it is from spring 2000 (9yrs ago!!!).  Same car, same place,  Sad, Oh so sad.
On the plus side, his wheelbarrow has moved slightly to the right.

Carl, if the above truck pic is from 1997, your kids never age?

Here's some of the stuff that was hauled up to Fort McMurray over the years. This pressure vessel took 5 days, 5 trucks pushing and pulling, and a crew of 52 to get it to it's destination.

I spoke to this guy years ago and he was going to restore it-the body looks good in the pictures but it is absolutely rotten in places that would be nasty to fix-like the rear pillars etc..the rust on the driveway under the car when I was there year ago was unbelievable. It would be a re -body in my opinion. Either and or the guy reminded me of ZZ tops Billy Gibbons. He told me he has somebody who was going restore it for $1500.00,anyway I kinda laughed and took some pics-haven't been back since.
