WANTED- Buick Rally wheels

I am looking for Buick Rally wheels. 15x6 with 5x5" bolt pattern. Looking for used but in good condition or new ones(depending on price) if you know where to find them locally. Let me know. I usually see them used for 50-200 bucks for the set, but always miss out on them.

Already posted an ad on the Buick forum a couple of days ago.

I think Ken is too far away to make it work though...

I found someone today, that may have them. I just emailed asking for the sizes. He's in Hamilton and wants 10 bucks a piece. Seems like a Great buy if they fit!

I was going to start digging around this weekend for you, I'm pretty sure I still have two on snows from a 78 Park Avenue, either my place, my mother in laws or at the cottage confuse If this does not work out for you PM me.

$10 is a great price IF they are round.

He sent me a picture of them and they look great. I mean just a polish up and some steel wool on the chrome. And touch up on the black paint. I emailed back and said I would take them if they are the right size (15x6 with 5" bolt pattern) But he never emailed back yet. Hopefully he does.

Thanks, I'll let you know if it doesn't go through.

Thanks for the offer,
But I bought a set about 2 weeks ago for 10 bucks each. Just have to get tires for them now. If anyone knows where I can get tires at a good price, let me know.
I am interested in the Goodrich radials. Best I found so far is 139 each. Let me know if you know anywhere cheaper.

Promise not to laugh...Canadian Tire has very good prices on tires in general. If they have a sale on that week for what you want you can't beat them. I got 4 big Long Trail T/A's for my Suburban last August for just under $400. For my Cadillac I phoned all over Toronto and then went in to the local CT and they quoted me $151 for these massive Michelins than everyone else was looking for $170 +. I find the tire service pretty good there.

hey,
Ya, I have looked there but they said they can't get tires in that size, and recommended me to some shop that may have them. Which the shop did have to order them and wanted 139 installed which is still a good price. But Canadian Tire told me that they couldn't get them in that size I wanted.

The size is 235/70/15

If BF Goodrich makes it they can order it for you, you just have to pay upfront. They almost never have my tires but the system is very good, last time they came in from Hamilton in a day.

Here is the Radial TA chart. It is possible the size is discontinued but you should be able to find something with similar ride hieght and width.

When I worked at CTC, we used to phone around and find the tires the customer wanted????  We had accounts set up with different distributors in the city, at a discounted price(for most)  Maybe your CTC guy was too lazy to check for you.

I think so too, because I have seen the tire size on their website before but no prices. He searched the size up on the computer and said they were for trucks only and gave me 2 tire shop numbers to call and go to.

Unless I can't find something almost new or a specific size there, boneyard brand rubber are my tires of choice..
My most recent deals include the below...note prices are sets, not each!.

Set/4 brand new 'w/ tities' GoodYear Nordic Snows on Caravan rims for $50!.

Set/5 Michelin 'Harmony' 20% worn summers on more Caravan rims w/ factory hubcaps for $60!.

A pair of new Hercules 15" Snows, one new GoodYear summer and one 20% used exact matching brother tire plus a used Top Post batery for the Dakota truck...$100 for all!!!

The only tricks to it is doing your own legwork, finding the tires in the yard, jacking 'em up and removing them from the cars yourself..
Always make the deal before the boneyard guy sees the rubber off the car and buy winter tires in the spring or the price will be way different in the fall..
Even though I always try to buy w/ rims, when I can't, the guy here always gives me free mounting and balance if I need it too...as long as you roll your own rims in off the car..

i'm in cleveland, OH. I have three that have been in my garage for years. If you advise your e-mail, I'll send you a pic I took tonite so you can look and see if they're something you may have intrest in. They are dirty, but otherwise appear undamaged.
