These wheels are from a 1992 Electra Park Avenue so they are for front wheel drive GM cars either C, H or W bodies. The car was scrapped but I saved these to use on my 94 Regal which I have now given to someone else to use so basically they are taking up space on my deck.
They are pretty darn nice for being 17 years old. I did have them on the Regal and they rolled true. Some of the Michelin X Radials don't hold air and they are checking from age so treat these as wheels only. How does $60 sound for everything you see?
Send me a PM if you want more info. I am located in the East York part of Toronto basically right off the Don Valley Parkway Don Mills Rd south cutoff OR at the East end of the Gardner Expressway north on Coxwell.
Are they the same bolt pattern as the later Park Ave's Ray? Although I have 16" I wonder if I could get a tire a little taller and use those rims for winter tires..
Hey Todd, I thought about using them on the Deville for winter tires. As long as your ride height was the same you'd be OK and probably the taller sidewall 15" tire is a better winter choice.
Lets do some research on the bolt pattern. I though I heard my wife say we needed to head down to Woodstock to help a friend empty her mom's place, so the Suburban would be going down empty.
Can you check with one of your tech buddies at the GM store on bolt pattern and whether or not these will throw out the speed sensors and traction control sysytems ?
As long as the bolt pattern is ok we should be fine. The wheel tire pressure and abs just use the old style sensors and they have no idea what the tire diameter is. Carl, can you ask the guys at work if they know whether the bolt pattern on a 2000 Park Ave is the same as the earlier front drive ones?
