Not much changing as far as water yet. Very very slow, sadly.

I am dreaming that maybe by Monday I will be able to come within a mile and a half of the house by car. We did it today with a 4X4 (my neighbours) but not ready for a car yet. So for me it's still officially 3 1/2 miles but that is getting difficult as one of the roads I have to cross is pretty shallow now.

Dave, as of this moment you are one post more than Steve so I'm not sure what you mean. Do I have a case of (flood)water on the brain?
