Me without the camera...i really need to start taking it with me. Anyway i was driving over to Canadian Tire and what do i have driving beside me but an Aston Martin Vantage. I never thought i'd ever see one of them, much less driving around in the town i live in. Anyway here's a file pic of one...from the view...or "vantage" point that i got to see it at for the most part.
When I was in Calgary in December my son wanted to drive by the Bentley dealership just because he likes them. Turns out they are also the dealer for Aston Martin, so we spotted a few of those too. Only other place I've ever seen an AM was in London, UK.
They are a beautiful car and when you see one the shear size, the width of it is amazing. I regularily see one on my morning commute along Eglinton Avenue East in Toronto. A woman drives it rain, sun or snow. You can hardly call them a common sight in Toronto but I'd probably see 4 or so a year. Last time we had a car wash for the hockey team one came in but he didn't want the boys washing it....go figure, so I did it with a mitt. He gave the boys $50 though!
