I have the convertible top rails for that came off a 65 Pontiac Custom Sport...  all the metal seems to be in good shape...$50 ....  message me if you are interested... I will be getting rid of this one way or another by July... I dont have the room for it

I also have these 2 stainless pieces no drill holes good driver quality  $5 these wil be scraped if not sold by July as well 
I also have 62, 65 Buick and 66 chev parts in other ads

I will look sometime this weekend at the latches  it is going very soon if not sold 


as for the frame it is from the 30's  can't remember exactly what year   I will find out what is happening with that frame  it is still there
