Detroit is going to win because they are the luckiest team in the playoffs since the Canadiens in the late 70's. I can't believe the number of lucky goals they have gotten this year. That goal they got in the first period tonight is the perfect example. Sheesh!

You know Hillar is right how can the Wings be so Lucky, the goals , the non calls, man it's like Bettman has the fix in. These old guys are mugging Malkin and Crosby and nothing gets called, no wonder Malkin lost it last night. It's for all the marbles now. If I'm coaching Pittsburg I'm having somebody take Lindstrom out in the first ten minutes next game, somebody has to step up and deal with this guy. I saw him cross checking Malkin at least 15 times in the back last night and no calls. Then there is those two stick work artists Holmstrom and Franzen.

Yeah the calls and non-calls are just getting plain ridiculous. It is getting to the point where I don't even recognize the game any more. I just don't see how Pittsburgh will be "allowed" to win 4 out of the next 5 games no matter what they do...

Bettman"s game, and his rules and of course he "decides" what tean should win in the best interest of the game. He actually said on camera that a Canadian winner would be bad for the U.s market, and an all Canadian final would be disastrous!! Now I ask you, is there an agenda? Penguins should give Probert, Nilan, Johnathan, semenko, and the Missing link all 4 game contracts, and crush the fancy europeans, and give "Betty" something to think about.
It really is like watching a European World Cup game, the injustices are almost too much for me to handle. I didn't think I'd care about who won this series but when the cards are so stacked against one team it's pretty hard to stomach.
I seldom watch hockey but after watching the last 10 minutes last night I lost a lot of respect for the Pens. I saw bad reffing, yes, but the kind of sandbox childishness they displayed made me wonder why people earn so much to act like babies.

Remember some of them are just 21 or 22, still boys in many respects. Hard to control your emotions at that age when you are being so beat on and see injustice go unpunished. I am a huge Detroit supporter BTW.
