I'll try to swing by on Sunday afternoon after the Firebird show.  Always happy to offer advice.

Rick that paintjob looks sweet. Is this Bolero Red?

It's Mille Miglia red.
When we tried to match the paint to something already "named" that was the closest we could get. Don't know what the previous owner chose in 86.

I'm sure you've thought of this, but apply painter's tape on all painted areas where the bumper could touch the body during installation.

Looks like a great paint job and the colour suits the car. Congratulations. Keep posting pics as it comes together.

There was also way more rear wheel trim than 1 car can take and 2 mirrors as well as 1 already on the car. It's all in aid of finding the best I can put on the car LOL.

Always "need" one on the car plus a spare.smile.gif
Then look for a better one.clap.gif
Sometimes find the better one and get too lazy to do anything with the the spare.blankstare.gif
Then you buy a parts car and strip it. party.gif
Then you buy another parts car and strip it. sick.gif
All of a sudden you have a massive space and inventory control problem.wtf.gifshocked.gif
Then buy another different car and start the process again.giggle.gif

Repeat as necessaryhmm.gif

It's all worth it though:
When you break something and find you already have the needed part.
When you make someone's day because you have something they are in need of.
When someone calls, offering untold riches for something you thought you would scrap.
