That would look so cool on my wagon. But a little pricey for my budget

I highly doubt he will get his asking price. Perhaps half? For about $1400 U.S you can get this from Vintage Speed. It has the same cool factor in my opinion:

or you could bolt this onto your current 4bbl:

Or this:

Todd, if you put that 4 carb intake on a 283 it would drown it!

I took it on tade in with a Buick Roadmaster Wagon I had a few years ago-it only had two carbs and the four chrome thingys, I sold it to a guy in Ancaster who added the other two carbs and resold it, Earl is right-way too much carb for a 283, Todd it right three carbs will do the same "cool" job

Damn, i guess i let my old 3-2's go too cheap!! I think i sold the intake and carbs for around $200! That staggered 4-1s is really cool though, not many of those around!

Four 1 barrels? How efficient can that be? Has anybody ever driven anything with this setup?

I allowed $500 on trade in and sold at $300 to the only caller, mind you it wasn't complete-$2200 is fishing I'd say-but what do I know, triple twos usually $500-$700 Andrew

Now i dont feel so bad! If i can only get over the sting of Nortel now... I sold mine a while back, to my dads friend for his rod, so i really didnt care if i got more than i paid (seeing as he was my dads foreman, and my car was well serviced from all the guys in the shop!!)... definitely cool in the looks department, but a single 4 worked better for me!

I'd be interested in 3x2 for a small block chev (350) if complete for 500$

Edelbrock still sells there three 3x2 manifold. is in the Summit cat. for 271.95 US. But you would still have to come up with three carbs to rebuild and modify. $500 looks like would be a good price.

I'd love it for my car....too bad its not running right now...It would be too much carb though. Sort of like the Man-A-Fre manifold on the American Graffiti Coupe.

You can get a 3X2 intake for a earlier Cadi 390 and adapt it to fit the 429. There is a slight difference between them. That would make a serious hot rod engine.
