I faxed and sent E mailed to confirm Feb 2nd received confermation of faxed received Feb 4th and was mailed out Feb. 6th and received shortly after. Thats fast service.
Depending how long ago you requested the information it can't hurt to give them a call to find out if it has been sent. George has been really good with me and has always called me if there were any problems.
