QUESTION:
I think I found one I liked. But it has a hole in the roof (due to the siren being there). What is the best way to take care of that? (how much would it cost to weld?) any temporary plugs?
He has duct tape on it so far.

Welding a patch would be difficult. The roof steel is so thin unless you are an expert you'd get warping. How big is the hole? Perhaps some sort of rubber grommet would fit.

Probably less than an inch in Diameter.
I would think they do have hole plugs to insert.
I have seen another cruiser have some plugs in the roof as well.

Just fill it in with J-B Weld, then a skim layer of Bondo

I can use the JB weld, but the rubber plugs, will stick out, no? so it'll just look like a lump if I put a coat of bondo over it.
Unless you know of other plugs/grommets to use.
