wwasnt sure what to make of it? 67poncho piped up with another one,seemes to be made in St.Terese both 1970, American /canadian pontiacs built very close together.

yes, the St. Therese plant made 1970 Catalina's & Venturas, not sure if they made Bonneville's. When Dave Plummer had his site running, there was a gent who had a 1970 Ventura (Ventura was a trim package, same interior as a Parisienne) on his site that was assembled at St. Therese.
Keep in mind this was the start of the auto pact, allowing cars to flow between the US and Canada, and the end of "Canadian Pontiac's". Things were a little confused for a few years starting in 1971, as Parisienne's & Catalina's could be had with both Pontiac & Chev engines. Same with Lemans'.
