Does anybody know if in 1970 came with the fender louvers?Were they painted body colour or left chrome?

I have a original 70 Brochure  I will scan it and get it posted  The library has a multi model in place at the moment..   anyway   don't paint them or chrome themno  The DON'T have them in 1970 confuse

         Brochure shows a spot where they were airbrushed out   I saw a green original paint SS in Clinton today   no louvers
