What you guys think????


  Got a chance to get a 65 Bel Air, 2door post, 396(out of a 69 SS?) turbo 350 auto. Bodys excellant, minor rust on rear quarters. New red interior.
   What do guys think it would be worth?  Runs Awesome!

  I know its ain't a CDN Poncho, but its a post car and a BB    LOL

What do I think? I think I want it!!!

Seriously, Carl 2 has his post big block for sale. That would be a good way to gauge. I forget what he is asking.

In this market I would be guessing this Chevy would be somewhere under 10, (7-8 range?) depending on condition of the rest of the body. Engine fresh or lots of miles?

I was thinking of Carl's and isn't he around 12 or 13? At that rate, this one should come in under 10 because fixing the quarters can't be less than 2 grand can it?

I also was thinking of another similar car I know of for 5, engine out, quarters shot and needs complete paint and interior.

Only you can figure out what it's worth to you.
C2 would sell his somewhere in the mid teens (post BBC 4spd)
rebelrouser is asking $10k for his 66 post (post BBC 4spd)

Looks good   My friend in Moncton has a nice 66 2 door fresh 454 OD and mint body with new paint and can't get 13  buy it to keep it...

I had a offer last week at cruise night   IF I would include the original hood, and the auto trans, and the black wheels I have, and the new tires, a local dealer will give me 7500.00   nice guy...

I am guessing 5 years ago that Belair was likely a solid 10 grand car..
