The mags totally suck !!
The dog dishes are kinda cool but really then you should paint the car black and leave the doors white ,,,lol !!

Here's a pic, the black rims doing a smoke show ??.... maybe it can't ??

no 8 % commision- 6% commision- $1000 cash bonous to selling agent, commisons get ate up from the broker and are taxable-tons of money out of your pocket for no reason

6% of 139 is $8400 split in half is $4200 then what ever the agents split is with his broker

8%  of 139 is $11,400 split in half is $5700 then what ever his split is with the broker

adding $1000 cash to the first senerino gets the others working and nets the same $$$ plus its noticable in the listing, you have an agent looking to make money if someone else sells the house-first senerio lets you pay the agent who sells the house the bonous only.

lets also remember a lot of boards use a different split than 50/50 could be 4% listing 2% selling was popular in the hot market, then the agent has to have a good deal with the broker he could be 90/10 but because of lack of sales he could be 70/30 60/40 who knows-best if to offer the flat $1000 cash bonus to the selling agent on closing

my 2 cents-read the contract

I hear you  Our agent is on a 75/25  and He says, we can not offer a cash incentive, on the contract or off   makes no sense to me   He called it a side deal

its a bluff, they do it on the Niagara Board all the time-you can see it on the MLS listing $500 bonus to selling agent on closing-no side deal part of the contract-my agent is a Broker and it works for her-this is the advice she gives to people when something is not selling-funny people often don't take the advice

agent needs education !

My opinion: the 15 by 8's with flat caps; or the black 15 by 7's with no hubcaps. But the car looks great in all the combinations.

Those are Canadian Poncho ralley wheels.   The flat cap style looked so good Pontiac was smart enough to keep using them through the 1970 model whereas Chevy discarded that style after 67.  Besides, didn't Chevys come with black wheels and dog dishes as well?

thank you  !    I have 4 sets of wheels  The 15x8 give it the best look for "me". (my wife says we should keep it,after she saw chrome wheels) I may put smaller tires on 15x8's or get some gears  I wish someone close to me could fix my rear end needs (need 10 bolt posi installed in Ventura amd 12 bolt in big car) I have a friend who will install for free, but does not use dial indicator??   thanks
