Turns out it has SPEC on the tag beside trim.Which is the Parchment interior with RED Accents.This thing has quite a load of options too!!

Looks like a possible GM show car. GM was well known for wild interiors in their prototypes such as the prototype 70 Buick GSX and Stage 1:
