I bought the frame and running gear from a real 1960's gasser for parts for my 55' Wagon, and this axle was in the frame.

Its a stock 55-56 rear axle with huge homemade traction bars on it. It also has a oil fill added to the top and a drain to the bottom. Unknown gears but is an open rear.

Comes with the springs off of the gasser also - they are custom setup with 8 leaves!
